The first thing I want to say about Blake is that he was incredibly patient with us. He took us to look at so many houses (I'd estimate in the high 30s or low 40s, but I lost count), and it took us the better part of half a year to find the one we truly wanted. He just kept offering new suggestions, no hint ever that he was questioning whether these indecisive clients were worth it. He explained a complex process to us in simple terms, he was able to spot potential problems early on and steer us away from them. He knew what a good deal did and did not look like in our area, and got us a great price. He was in touch constantly, with us, with the sellers' agents, with everyone. Plus he's just cool. I would highly recommend him in every dimension.
